Our process
EvolveArc is dedicated to ensuring all of our clients old and new receive a prompt and effective service. We're set up across the whole group with management and estimating systems that all major insurers and accident management companies will be familiar with and we’ll liaise with both you and the client throughout the entire repair process to ensure the appropriate authorisations are in place.
We offer a comprehensive service covering hybrid and electric vehicles, structural aluminium, in house geometry, chassis alignment and light commercial. With three fully equipped centres in the Midlands and with plans to expand nationwide, we are ideally placed for extensive reach. All our repairs are carried out to manufacturer’s standards and all work is guaranteed. We also have excellent KPIs thanks to our consistent levels which provides accident managers with reassurance and allows them to focus on their own KPIs.
